Heart Work Launchpad prepares high school graduates to step confidently into their next chapter—whether that’s college, technical school, or the workforce. Through the Heart Work Profile® Assessment suite, students uncover their unique heart-centered leadership expression styles. With guided reflection, goal-setting workshops, and a personal mission-building experience, students develop a Heart Work Roadmap designed to help them navigate the emotional, academic, and professional transitions ahead. This program instills early confidence and vision, empowering students to make informed, heart-centered decisions about their futures.
High Schools
Heart Work Discovery helps first-year and continuing college students deepen their understanding of self and sharpen their leadership potential. After taking the Heart Work Profile® Assessment suite, students participate in dynamic workshops focused on gratitude, teamwork, and purpose-driven leadership. They apply these insights to campus activities, encouraging community building and academic success. Each student leaves with a personalized Heart Work Action Plan that aligns their college experience with their long-term goals, helping them lead their journey with clarity and purpose.
Colleges
Heart Work Professional Readiness bridges technical training with leadership development. Students complete either the Growth or Leader edition of the Heart Work Profile® based on their program stage. Through focused workshops on heart intelligence, leadership expressions, identity, and team engagement, students learn to complement their technical skills with critical human-centered leadership traits. They create a professional Heart Work Portfolio articulating their skills and leadership competencies, making them standout candidates ready to lead and innovate in technical and trade-based fields.
Trade/Tech Schools
Heart Work Corporate Launch equips new college hires and entry-level professionals to transition into the workforce with heart intelligence, resilience, and heart-centered leadership. Through the Leader Edition of the Heart Work Profile®, participants gain deep insights into their leadership strengths and development areas. Integrated into onboarding or early-career programs, they engage in experiential workshops that focus on leading with heart, collaborating across teams, and building career pathways rooted in personal mission and organizational impact. This program accelerates professional growth and creates values-aligned leaders from day one.
