Digital Products (Assessments, Courses, Subscriptions)
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of assessments, downloadable content, online courses, and subscription access are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or the service has been activated.
Exceptions may apply if:

You are unable to access your product due to a verified technical issue.

You mistakenly purchased the wrong service and have not yet accessed it.
Please contact support@getheartsy.com within 7 days of your purchase for resolution.
Workshops and Events
Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the start date of any live or virtual event to be eligible for a full refund, minus a processing fee (10%). Within 14 days, a 50% refund may be granted. No refunds will be issued once the event has begun, but substitutions may be allowed upon request.
Physical Products (Books, Merchandise)
We accept returns of unused, unopened physical products within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund:

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
To initiate a return, email support@getheartsy.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the item.
